Worth a visit. Also, there are more than 300 photographs on site. More welcome. Send your photos to Maurice Dougan at maurice.dougan@btinternet.com

A copy of the Mikado programme has recently been added to the web site. Talking of “ The Mikado “, Leo Forsyth has recently been in contact. He is living in the South of England, but is shortly going to Australia for 6 months.

Adam Dzierzek has recently sold his hotel and now lets out property on longer lets. For those interested, he can be contacted on www.rentaplaceltd.com

Heard recently from Paul Gunn. He advised that his brother, Max, had had a heart attack , but is now recovering. He lives in Italy, and has been told to take things easy.

Received a letter from Dr. Eddie Stone, which will be published on the web page.

An article appeared in last Sunday’s edition of The Sunday Post about the rise of “FlyGlobespan” and its owner Tom Dalrymple. It will be reproduced on the web page. I’m sure that Tom would be glad to hear of your experiences with his company, and good comments about his staff and the product he offers. It is very exciting to see the increased destinations being offered from Scottish airports. I’m sure he would welcome constructive criticism.

Ricky Demarco, one time Art Teacher, and man about town, has opened his 40 th Anniversary exhibition at the Demarco Archive, Skateraw Gallery, Dunbar East Lothian. The exhibition is open daily from 2.30pm from Sunday 30 July until Friday 4th August. On the 5th August an auction will take place of art works from the exhibition in aid of development of the Archive. A conducted tour is offered lasting 1 hour. Viewing is by invitation only, and you can contact Ricky at demarco@gicleeuk.com

There may be some items that will be familiar to you. He is very keen to see as many FPs as possible. Your scribe visited the exhibition last Saturday, and found it most interesting. Ricky even has photos of himself with some Scotus pupils as part of his photo exhibits. You might recognise yourself. A recent photo of Ricky has been posted on the web page.

Ron Delnevo was recently in the papers defending his Company from charging fees for cash withdrawal, which seems appropriate for providing a very necessary service.
